Q: I purchased the full version...what about when new releases are available?

A: Your purchased serial number for all software released by RCR Software will be valid for ALL future releases of the purchased program. This includes not only bug fixes that may arise, but enhancements and upgrades to the software.


Q: My trial version is up. If I decide to purchase the full version of the program, will I have to download another file?

A: When you purchase the full version, you will be given a serial number. At that  point, you can simply enter the serial and the trial version will automatically be converted to the full version.


Q: I lost my serial. How can I get another one?

A: If you have purchased a serial and have lost it, send an email to Support@RCRSoftware.com with your name, email address and approximate purchase date. We will promptly email your serial to you.


Q: I am running Windows 98. If I upgrade to Windows Vista, will the program still function?

A: Yes, All software provided by RCR Software has been tested and validated on Windows 98, ME, XP, 2000, NT and Vista.


Q: How often are updates provided? How will I know when they are released?

A: Updates are provided immediately when any bugs are discovered no matter how trivial they may be. Also, when enhancements are made to increase efficiency or to add more features, updates are released. Picture Batch Process has built in automatic update that lets you know exactly when updates are made available to the public. You can then update your software with a click of a button.


Q: Are there any spyware or adware in your software?

A: Not at all. All of our software is 100% adware/spyware/virus free. You can be sure that anything downloaded from our website is absolutely free from any malicious software/scripts.


Q: I am getting error XXX. What do I do?

A: There are so many different PC setups, sometimes an error may occur on a particular PC. If this ever occurs, the error should be immediately reported to Support@RCRSoftware.com. We will strive to correct this error and release a new version within 24 hours.
